At Info Publishing & Printing we are great at promotional products. We know the products and the suppliers from years of dealing with them. We know which has the best price for a given product and which is a superior decorator. We do not try to be all things to all people. We have chosen our field and we stick to what we know.
For this reason, we have chosen to leave embroidery to those professionals who have many years of training and experience and are also great at what they do. We contract with some of the best embroiders in the business. Not all decorators are created equal. Some are better at one product and others are better at another product, this is why you should rely on our experience to choose the best decorator for your project.
How we handle Embroidery orders:
Info Publishing & Printing has on our staff some of the finest graphic designers available. Once you place an order your account representive will send your artwork to our graphic staff. They will design or prepair your artwork to your specification. Once the artwork is complete, we send a proof for your approval. BE SURE WHEN YOU PROOF ARTWORK, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU APPROVE IT. ART, SPELLING, PLACEMENT, SIZE, COLOR, ETC. Once you have approved the artwork and returned your signed proof, Promo Depot USA will not be responsible for any mistakes you approved. If your order is for Embroidery you will receive a sew out of your design before going to production.
Once your proof has been approved and returned, we then forward your order to our processing staff who will transmit a purchase order and the approved artwork to the vendor. The product to be embroidered is ordered and shipped to the decorator. When possible we use decorators who are near the product vendor to save you on shipping cost.
Your account representative will monitor your order every step of the way to insure everything is moving as it should. They will let you know if there are any delays and when you can expect delivery of your order. Depending on the complexity of your artwork and the size of your order you should receive it within 10 to 20 days. Orders can be received in less than 10 days but are considered RUSH orders and rush charges may be added to the total cost of the order.
